Just wanted to let you know that I had my first nights sleep without clenching my teeth. My jaw feels so relaxed, and my pain level is way down. I do still feel some stuff in the lower back and between the shoulders, but nothing like it has been. I was having headaches and joint pain in my hands, and all kinda crazy neuro things happening. Most of these have subsided, and like you said we still have work to do. I cannot believe how the clenching stopped. It seem as if I cannot even clench if I wanted to!

I was sitting in the Zendo (Zen practice place) and I just knew another session was coming.  Got home and here it is.  There you go for the sharpening of my left brain!

i am doing incredibly well.  I cannot believe the change. I am no longer dizzy, have no more headaches, my energy level has gone up a lot.  I do seem to be sleeping more than usual and want to more than I normally do…Once again, thank you.  What can I say, this has been amazing. Words fail to express my gratitude.

Yesterday, July 03, the day of your session, ____ ended an all-out drinking binge that had been going on for 5 days.  He began to clean up his home, including having a female "drinking buddy" he picked up removed from his home. 
He seems to be clearer and is just barely beginning to assess what he has been doing. 
He says his stomach is not doing well.
(This by the way, I neglected to mention in the intake but, has been an ongoing complaint  - indigestion, gas, pains, general discomfort.) 
Overall,  he seems to have stopped this extreme episode, and is beginning to clean up, and possibly the beginnings of reflection.

____ has decided to go to AA.  He has tried this once or twice before and never really followed thru with more than one or two meetings.  He has now been to several, including going to 2 in one day.  He has committed to accomplish 30 meetings in 30 days.  He also, for the first time, got a sponsor!
He has been exercising a lot.  Has found that he tends to be more irritable about little things.  Stomach feels much better.

…..The shift has been so profound, even my mother wants to thank you for your amazing work!
You also couldn't have been more right on in your findings last session:  He was slipping emotionally a bit but, held strong.  Also, you mentioned his knees, he was just talking of his knees being the thing that hurts when he "does the stairs," and, he just had his personal best on the stairs of 30 sets. Really hard on the knees.  You are good. 
He also would like to work on his eating.  He eats a lot at night.  This has been getting more pronounced.  Yes, he does exercise a lot and so that may contribute to it but...He eats in the evening,  he eats right before bed so he can relax enough to sleep,  he often gets up in the middle of the night to eat.  This isn't normal.  He also would like to trim off a few pounds so, this eating is not helping.  By the way, he has had this issue of night eating for years.

Hi Art,

He passed 90 days of sobriety on Oct. 3rd.  I believe he has continued in sobriety.   He seems "fine" but not happy.

Since his 90 day anniversary, and with the start of the business, he has not gone to a meeting EVERY day, but yes, most days.  (He had been going every day, in the beginning sometimes even 2 in one day)

Interesting about the cavitiy issue. Arndt just told me on the phone 5 minutes ago (not knowing yet what you found out) that she said to him today when he was reminding her to brush her teeth that she thinks she has a hole in one of her teeth. We were about to set up a dental appointment anyways for her....

I got home to your email after a job interview where I was offered a well paying contract (short term hourly employment vs. full time employee job) that looks like it is going to actually be interesting, if not fun.  And it’s with a very good company, which means it might work into something long term.  So whatever you did that cleared energy for that, whoo hoo!!

I will take time to digest the rest of the session and will give you feedback.  I just wanted to let you know that working again is a great blessing, my bank account will be very happy.  It feels like a supportive, professional atmosphere, and it’s an easy commute, close to offices where many friends are working.  A good gigJ

Well it's happening. William is starting to grow and quickly. When I first asked you if you could support Will's growth and fill out because he was behind in his class average height (and I hadn't noticed any growth in quite awhile), I wasn't certain what the outcome would be. Now other people are coming up to me and mentioning that he seems to be filling out and looks taller. Well, it's true. His pants are getting shorter, we have to go shopping again, and it's only been seven weeks.

I talked to my Dad last night and surprise: he said he feels great. The results from his prostate and blood check came out well. The numbers dropped. My Dad asked his doctor out of curiositiy if he could provide him with an answer what could have caused the dropping. He had no answer ;-)

He is following the food suggestions as much as possible, drinking almost no alcohol, exercising etc.

He was again very tired the day when you did the last session.

Actually I have mold in my house because this winter water leaked down the roof into my kitchen.  It was like lots and lots and lots of water streaming down the walls….What can I do?????  Because it is true that I feel better when I leave this house.  It is absolutely true. I leave the door at the back into the garden open, but what else can I do?

Dr. Karno has been treating me for digestive and thyroid problems, both of these ailments have responded to a course of treatment so that not only is my thyroid functioning normally but my digestion is  much improved.  Before treatment with hiim, I could barely enjoy one meal a day and carefully had to consider how each and every morsel I ate was going to affect me.  I had candida and a crones-like condition that made enjoying a meal something I would have to pay for later. After treatment I can eat three meals a day without the discomfort I used to have.

I never thought I'd need to avail myself of Dr. Karno's remote healing since I could see him once a week.  In February, I was involved in a serious accident whereby my spleen had to be removed and various other injuries sustained as I was kicked in the ribs by a horse.  As I was hospitalized, Dr. Karno did a remote healing and also just after coming home.  He especially worked on the ribs, as anyone who has broken or fractured ribs knows how painful this healing can be.   I really had no clue that he was sending  healing twice to me.  I was constantly asked ,"How are the ribs"?  I really had very little discomfort from them.  Of course when I changed position, sneezed or coughed I felt a bit of pain but nothing horrific.   Also this area is never still, as breathing moves ribs constantly.

It was'nt until we were talking about my healing that I realized it was due to the remote healing my broken ribs were almost pain free.

I've been the beneficiary of both hands-on and remote healing and the benefits are exactly the same-you get well!

I know you’ve been working on me J because I have shifted big time. I feel so free, light and full of energy. I have not had this much energy in…honestly, two or three years. My numbness is better. My dizziness is pretty much gone. I am still having some nausea at times.  I am laughing and have a grand time in exploring my next adventures. I did have a moment of fleeting fear today, but that soon past. Then I remembered it’s all taken care of and I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

The pain has settled down due to your session for the first time in months.  I will continue on soft foods for now because one specialist told me that for any healing to occur in the jawbone itself takes up to three months. It was his recommended i stay off chewing for three months and see what happens.  The discouraging thing about this soft food approach was the pain continued non the less -- now, today, since you worked on me, it is nearly gone.  I would not test the result by biting on something though! Could you tell if my teeth were in fact cracked?

Thanks for the session.  It is a real help.  I get waves of fatigue, but noticed the last few days in between I would feel more energy.  Tomorrow is the last radiation treatment.  I just had to have 16, most people have had 25 so I am so fortunate.

Was thinking about the process.  The first evaluation is so helpful.  I remember one of the areas you mention was breast and that was before the spot was discovered.  Also anxiety attacks have been absent for the last few months, colon better, can use more work,  shoulder pain gone, circulation better.  Emotional well being so much better.

Also it is such a help as you mention areas that come to your attention are often what I have overlooked.

Your treatments are always so right on!  I was having digestion/colon difficulties and they are straighten out now, coming back to normal. On Monday, a lot of gurgling started and by tuesday afternoon, there was a real change toward the normal.  

On the emotional side, it has been about the same - stuck... hard to be motivated 1) to do the preparation and follow-up things connected with my work; 2)Hard to keep up with the accumulation of paper, mail and etc.  So, whatever you can do with this next time, I'd be glad.  Just recognizing the lack of motivation without guilt is helpful!

Hey..thanks for doing that treatment..I am so glad to not have that flu! I am continuing to rest/relax/chillout today. Going to resume my singing/opera lessons since I am feeling better thanks to you. I have been getting better and better...feeling stronger. Glad to be feeling like I want to sing again and date again....my ooomph had disappeared over the past year. Singing opera is like riding a rocket! I started doing it because I was afraid to sing...just doing it as a way to channel my energies and open more deeply.

Well, you did it again. Guess what. Two weeks after I asked you to do a session for my son to be played more on the baseball team instead of sitting the games out on the bench, it happened. He is now first string batter, playing every game. They are also using him in the field, so he is getting a lot of playing time each game. That’s amazing. I tweaked a formerly torn muscle in my lower back at the airport ticket gate this morning. Pain so bad I thought I was going to pass out so I fell to my knees. Kinda looked like I was praying to the United Gods to accept my overweight luggage. I was sweating so profusely going through security, I was afraid they were going to tag me. As it was, I had to go through the metal detector 3 x because I kept grabbing the edge to steady myself.

I continued icing and got a terrific massage on Sat and have been perfect since.  Walked a few miles today without pain or stiffness.  Getting back up and exercising.

She still presents a hard part on the gums, it feels hard like a bone and from outside it still looks like she has a ball in her mouth, but it is much smaller than before, and the grass is not  accumulating anymore in her mouth.
So, you need to know because I need to thank you! I guess the healing is still in process, therefore we should see some other improvement in the next days or weeks, right?

I thank God for you and your knowledge!
Last night he ate a teaspoon of food at 6:00, 8:00 & 10:00 with no vomiting…and we got thru the night without vomiting.

After you gave him the last treatment.  I knew something was happening.  He stayed in his window seat and slept so deep that he was snoring.  I never heard him snore before.  After about 2 hours, he woke up but did not get out of his bed until 6:00.  Something clicked.  He was much more energetic.   When I fed him at 6:00 he was much more aggressive.  He jumped from the floor to the counter when I was dishing up his food.  He has never done that!

I fed him 2 teaspoons of wet food this morning at 8:30 and gave him 3 eye droppers of water.
  
ME – I had one bowel movement yesterday with a very small amount of blood.  The one I had this morning had none.  YEAH!!!!

I feel a huge relief…….
